The Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal is pleased to present the 2024 Arts and Entertainment Law Journal Symposium: Barking Up the Wrong Tree. This symposium will discuss Copyright and Trademark Law following the Andy Warhol and Jack Daniels Supreme Court cases. This event will be in-person. This program of three panels is approved for up to 3.0 transitional/non-transitional New York State CLE credits in the category “Areas of Professional Practice.” To receive CLE credits for a panel, you must attend that part of the program “live.” We cannot award CLE credits for watching a recorded version of any part of this program.
